I received a faulty item! What should I do?

If you receive a faulty item, please send a picture of it to support@fandomflair.com along with your order number. If the item you received is faulty or deteriorates after the first wash, we will provide a free reshipment. There is no need to return the faulty item to us; a picture of it will suffice.

 

Why was my order not delivered on time?

We understand the frustration of not receiving your order on time, especially if it's for a special occasion or you dislike waiting. Normally, we process orders within 1-2 days of receipt, and shipping typically takes 5-8 days. However, delays can occur due to post office limitations in accommodating packages. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to wait a few more days. Rest assured, we are here to assist and update you on the status of your order, and you can also track its progress with the provided tracking details.

I received the wrong product! What should I do?

If you've received an incorrect product, please first verify the order you placed with us. Often, the wrong product is selected by customers during ordering. If this is the case, contact our support team for guidance on exchange procedures. If you did order the correct product but received the wrong one, we will happily send a free reshipment. Just send us a picture of the incorrect product, and we'll handle the rest.

 

I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement, as we typically ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, the handling time for the product is 1-2 business days, followed by a delivery time of approximately 5-8 business days. Shipment times may vary, so please be patient. If you have any questions about your shipment, don't hesitate to email us.

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely! All orders include tracking once processed (1-2 days after purchase). If you haven't received a tracking number, email us at support@fandomflair.com with your order number, and we will send it to you as soon as possible. Please note that the order number is not the same as your tracking number.

 

Where can I track my order?

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another when your order is dispatched.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment has not been sent out, please email us at support@fandomflair.com, and we will update it to the correct address. However, if the shipment has already been sent, we cannot resend the item to a new address. Therefore, please ensure your address is correct when placing your order.
