Return & Refund Policy

At Fandom Flair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned.  No worries - we're here to help! We have a 30 Days Return Policy for all of our products so you can shop with us without any hassle.

1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@fandomflair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is free of cost, the customer will not need to pay any money to return it to us. We always want to provide best customer satisfaction that's why we also kept the restocking fees free as well. No restocking fees would be cut from the customer.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow some additional business days for the bank to process the refund in your account.

- Our support team will reply within one working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as return address)

- Return the goods that you received

After the goods are received, we will arrange a refund within 3 working days.

5. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@fandomflair.com immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item, and a replacement or refund will be processed promptly.

7. Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
