1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@fandomflair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is free of cost, the customer will not need to pay any money to return it to us. We always want to provide best customer satisfaction that's why we also kept the restocking fees free as well. No restocking fees would be cut from the customer.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow some additional business days for the bank to process the refund in your account.
